That's why I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation call for potential clients like you! During our call, I'll ask about your goals, the challenges you're facing, and how my approach can support you. This is also an opportunity for you to get to know me, ask questions, and see if we are a good match. Do you accept insurance?I do not accept insurance, but I provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance company. I highly encourage reaching out to the number on the back of your insurance card to inquire about your "out-of-network" therapy benefits and how to submit an out-of-network reimbursement claim. You can ask these questions when speaking to your insurance company about benefits: How much of my deductible has been met this year? What is my out-of-network deductible for outpatient mental health? (Outpatient means treatment outside a hospital.) What is my out-of-network coinsurance for outpatient mental health? Do I need a referral from an in-network provider to see someone out-of-network? How do I submit claim forms for reimbursement? (This would be the superbill we provide you)

What are the benefits of seeing an out-of-network therapist? Many benefits come with seeing an out-of-network therapist. The most essential piece of the work is that you find someone who creates a safe, comforting, and supportive space. While cost is a valid and vital factor, please ask about sliding scale spots that might meet you in your financial comfort zone! More case-load capacity and shorter wait times for appointments If you have a high deductible, you are responsible for paying session fees out-of-pocket with both an in-network and out-of-network therapist- which means both will be the exact cost. In many cases, good out-of-network benefits can reimburse 60-80% of session fees. Before making any decision, confirm with your insurance company what your out-of-network benefits look like.

What are typical session fees? Do you offer a sliding scale?- Individual Session fee: $225 for 50 minutes - Couples Session Fee: $270 for 60 minutes - I have limited Sliding Scale spots available. Sliding Scale eligibility is based on multiple factors, including income and financial needs. I would be happy to discuss availability with you during our consultation call!
